Use

•     Children over 14 years and adults may take 1 tablet 3 times a day, 1 hour before or after meals, min 6 hours before sleep, slowly dissolving the tablet in mouth
•     Recommended daily dose distribution: take the first 2 tablets before 12 noon and the third tablet no later than 6 hours before bedtime
  
•     If other supplements or medicines are used, the Santa Sita supplement should be used first, followed by the other remedies only after 30 minutes
•     Note: The use of medication, coffee weakens the effect of the supplement
